Birth + Postpartum Circle, 10 Moons + Around the Sun: This is a circle of support for families through pregnancy and beyond. Bring your belly or your baby and come meet other new parents, share and hear birth stories, ask questions and help support others in a peer led group. Build your village! Facilitated by Postpartum Doula and Mother Maria Adley of Better Because Birth.

Group Prenatal Meeting: *Included for our Birth Doula Clients* Held via Zoom first Tuesday of each month from 7-8:30pm. Come once, the month before your dude date + meet the A Brighter Birth Doula team and share community! We’ll go over stages and phases labor, communication with your doula, teach you and your birth partner pain relieving counter pressure techniques and more! Your doula will provide the Zoom link to you!
